I understand and am in agreement with 50 CAL BATS that all pre-rolled and shaved bats sold as well as any and all bats sent in for the purpose of shaving and rolling are no longer legal to use in sanctioned leagues, tournaments, or other associations where such modifications are deemed illegal. These modified softball/baseball bats are used for the purpose of homerun derbies, exhibitions, or leagues where there are no bat restriction. If you use such bats in leagues or tournaments where they are not permitted you will be fully responsible for any penalty or prosecution set forth by any person(s) or association(s).  Also all bats that are altered will have no warranty.

These bat(s) after alteration, are no longer deemed approved by ASA, USSSA, NSA or any other softball association and would not be legal for use in sanctioned play. Buyer understands it is their responsibility to verify where it would be legal or not legal to use the bat(s).  Buyer understands that shaving the bat(s) will reduce its life span and durability. Buyer understands the bat(s) are not to be used in under 60 degree weather and that bat warmers should be used any time the temperature is below 70 degrees. Shaved bats should not and cannot be used in sanctioned league play and tournaments where bats are certified to stay under a certain performance level or anywhere it is illegal.

If any legal action or other proceeding is brought for the interpretation or enforcement of this Disclaimer, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Disclaimer, then the successful or prevailing party or parties will be entitled to recover their reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs (including the cost of experts) incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which they may be entitled. This Disclaimer will be enforced and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida.

Shaving a bat voids all manufacturer warranties.  No Warranty is implied or given on any bats sold by 50 CAL BATS.  50 CAL BATS its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, and agents make no guarantees, warranties or representations of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to items purchased and shall not be liable for any loss, expense (including without limitation, any legal fees), accident or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of such items or as a result of any defect or failure of such items.
